Great news, AMAES students! The AMAES Online Helpdesk is back and ready to assist you with all of your online credentials requests. Whether it’s your “Transcript / TOR, Diploma, Certificate, Form 137/ 138, Good Moral or Honorable Dismissal” our team is here to help. All you have to do is register and submit your request by creating a “new support ticket and specify your request”. You can even keep track of the “‘status of your ticket, so you know exactly when your request has been completed.
*REMINDERS before you request for Documents:
- Clear any financial or academic hold on your records.
- Check if grades have been posted (for recently-awarded grades only).
- Check the schedule for requesting your Transcript of Records on the Date of your Graduation (for graduating students only).
