Undersecretary Rafael E. Seguis signed a consultancy agreement with AMA Computer University Chairman Emeritus Dr. Amable R. Aguiluz V, in support of the holding of the Special Non-Aligned Movement Ministerial Meeting (SNAMMM) on Interfaith Dialogue and Cooperation for Peace and Development on 1-3 December 2009 in Manila.

The SNAMMM National Organizing Committee (NOC), headed by Undersecretary Seguis as Secretary General, conveyed its deep appreciation for the invaluable assistance being provided by AMA in designing, setting up, and maintaining the SNAMMM website and online registration system.

AMA Computer University will provide the SNAMMM-NOC with the information technology (IT) equipment, services and other technical requirements necessary to operate and maintain the website. It will also provide services to link up the system and program to be used for the official website and online registration with those of the other IT suppliers and operators that the SNAMMM-NOC will also use to consolidate and integrate the database for the ministerial meeting.

AMA Computer University has been the Department's IT partner for all its major hosting of various international summits and meetings including the 12th ASEAN Summit in Cebu in 2006 and 2007, the 40th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting in 2007, and the Global Forum on Migration and Development in 2008
